Route to Market Specialist
What this role is about
Route to Market Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining Universe Database, developing and implementing Trade Segmentation principles, creating routes for DSO and DP Sales Force, utilizing various data in determining optimum coverage plan and provide report to management team as a recommendation to improve further activity in the most effective and efficient way.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in sales or distributor management. Good knowledge in sales operations, field intelligence, cycle tasks execution and reporting/KPI monitoring
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) Language Skills
- Advance Excel, Visual Basic and Database management
- Strong analytical skills
- Project management
- Communication skills, reasonableness, adaptability, positive perception of changes
- Ability and willingness to work effectively without supervisor’s direct control
- Ability and willingness to learn and apply new knowledge and skills
