Position: Sales Associate
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. If you are passionate about retail and enjoy helping people, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and selections.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Drive sales by recommending products based on customer needs and preferences.
Maintain product displays, restock shelves, and ensure the store is neat and organized.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
