We are seeking a Fresh Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and computer literacy to begin their career in administrative and clerical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into databases and maintain detailed records
Verify and correct data where necessary to ensure accuracy
Update and maintain information in various company databases
Assist with the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and other documents
Organize and file physical and electronic records in an orderly manner
Handle basic office tasks such as copying, scanning, and sorting files
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely entry of required information
Monitor and update inventory records, customer details, and other relevant data
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic data entry software
Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in data entry is a plus but not required
