Job Summary:
As a Front Office – Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service to guests, handling all guest inquiries and requests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Job Responsibility:
1. Greeting guests and assisting with their check-in and check-out processes.
2. Managing reservations and room assignments.
3. Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
4. Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
5. Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest accounts.
6. Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Handling any guest complaints or issues effectively and escalating when necessary.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant computer programs.
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
