Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will take orders and serve food and beverages to our customers, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Job Responsibility:
– Greeting and seating customers
– Taking food and drink orders accurately
– Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner
– Providing recommendations on menu items
– Handling customer inquiries and complaints
– Cleaning and setting up tables
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of menu items and specials
– Attention to detail
– Good communication skills
