We are hiring a responsible and caring School Bus Conductor to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of students in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and are dedicated to safety and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students in safely boarding and exiting the bus
Ensure students are seated and maintain order during transit
Guide young children to their seats and help secure seatbelts where applicable
Monitor student behavior on the bus, fostering a respectful and calm environment
Assist the driver with safety procedures, including traffic monitoring and emergency protocols
Communicate with school staff and parents when necessary about student safety and behavior
Check for any lost items or belongings after each trip and return them to the proper place
Ensure all students have left the bus upon arrival at school or drop-off points
Conduct a final inspection of the bus after each route for cleanliness and safety
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Friendly, patient, and responsible demeanor
Strong communication skills, especially with children
Ability to manage children and maintain a safe environment
Willingness to work early mornings and afternoons
Understanding of safety protocols for child transportation
Previous experience working with children is a plus
