Résumé du poste
Le Coordinateur recrutement et formation gère l’intégralité du recrutement sous la responsabilité du Responsable Recrutement et Formation.
Au sein d’une équipe ressources humaines à l’écoute des services opérationnels de l’hôtel, le Chargé de recrutement participe activement à l’amélioration de l’environnement de travail du personnel, dans le respect des standards et de la législation du travail.
Gestion du recrutement
+ Réceptionner les demandes de recrutement auprès du Responsable Formation et Développement,
+ Vérifier l’intégralité des éléments figurant sur la demande,
+ Saisir les postes à pourvoir sur le logiciel de recrutement et assurer le suivi,
+ Elaborer les annonces, et contacter les organismes de recrutement (Pôle Emploi, APEC, Cabinets de recrutement, etc …) le cas échéant,
+ Réceptionner les candidatures (internes, externes, stages et alternance),
+ Analyser les CV et transmettre aux Chefs de Service ceux en adéquation avec les postes à pourvoir,
+ Assurer le suivi en collaboration avec les Chefs de Service après la transmission,
+ Mener les entretiens de recrutement avec les Chefs de Services,
+ Participer avec les Chefs de Service à la validation du choix du candidat,
+ Vérifier les références du candidat,
+ Vérifier les diplômes et certifications du candidat en cas d’obligation légale attachée au poste,
+ Rédiger la promesse d’embauche,
+ Transmettre au Responsable RH les dossiers de recrutement dès leur finalisation,
+ Envoyer systématiquement les réponses négatives.
+ Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les écoles et centres de formation professionnelle,
+ Animer les visites d’écoles,
+ Participer aux différents salons de recrutement.
Formation
+ Assister le Responsable Recrutement et Formation dans le pilotage des projets : identification des besoins, développement des compétences, gestion administrative des dossiers
+ Animation de la formation: organiser, animer et/ou participer aux formations (intégration etc.)
Profil recherché
De préférence, un diplôme dans une discipline Ressources Humaines ou Hôtellerie ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente. Avoir le sens des responsabilités et le respect inconditionnel de la confidentialité des informations
