Job Summary:
As a Captain – Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the food and beverage service within a venue. Your main duty will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and staff management.

Job Responsibility:
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage service staff
– Ensure proper set-up of tables and dining areas according to standards
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately
– Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to inquiries or complaints promptly
– Train and mentor new staff members
– Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of food and beverage operations and procedures
– Attention to detail and organizational skills
– Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
