We are currently hiring a Storekeeper to manage and maintain our inventory in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect all incoming goods and reconcile with purchase orders
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and manage inventory databases
Organize and store items systematically to optimize space
Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess
Prepare and process orders for dispatch
Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock returns when necessary
Perform regular stock-taking and report discrepancies
Ensure the storage area is clean and complies with safety regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and ability to accurately keep records
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and reporting
Good communication skills
