Hourly rate for this position is $15.00.
Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Reservationist is to provide superior guest service in assisting guests with reservations, cancellations and questions in an efficient and timely manner.
Work Performed:
The Reservationist will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
+ Promptly answer telephone calls, greet callers with a positive and clear voice.
+ Make guest reservations and/or cancellations.
+ Answer inquires pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, dining and travel directions
+ Handle credit card transactions for reservations in an efficient, secure and accurate manner.
Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience: Previous guest service or reception experience
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Other Requirements: Weekend and Holiday hours included
