Location: Dubai, UAE
We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Clerk to join our team in Dubai. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, and scanning
Answer and direct phone calls and take messages
Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain and organize office supplies
Support other staff with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
