About the role
As the Captain you will be you will be a senior Waiter leading by example to the waiting staff supporting and leading team by working together to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met.
Our Captains will lead the beverage and food team under supervision of our talent coaches and B&F Managers.
We are looking for someone who has strong waiter experience that will deliver exceptional experience to our guests.
About you
+ Previous experience as Waiter
+ Familiarity with health and safety regulations
+ Demonstrable customer-service skills
+ Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
