POSITION SUMMARY – F&B and Event Service Expert

Position Summary:
+ Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the travellers and exceeding their expectations
+ Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
+ Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
+ Understand traveller’s requirements and create classic and timeless experiences with each traveller’s experience
+ Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
+ Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
About You:
+ Relevant experience in a similar role
+ Working rights in Australia
+ An up-to-date RSA
+ Have or willing to obtain both a Food safety certificate and Allergen Awareness certificate
+ Enthusiastic to escalate your career
+ Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
+ Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
