Management Trainee (Sales)

In this position, you will be developed in all sales functions with rotations; assuming to have bigger roles&responsibilities in line with your potential & performance.
Position:
As the Sales Management Trainee, you will:
- Participate in rotational assignments across various sales functions to gain a broad understanding of the sales process
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Provide exceptional service and support to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent departments
- 2-3 years of similar work experience, preferably in FMCG
- Fully mobile to relocate to various cities within Turkey
- Advanced level of English knowledge
- Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge
