Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Head Waiter/Head Waitress to oversee the food and beverage service operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality customer service, lead a team of wait staff, and contribute to a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of wait staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
2. Train new employees on service standards, menu items, and customer interactions.
3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
4. Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Head Waiter/Head Waitress or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
2. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
3. Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage a team of wait staff.
4. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, serving techniques, and wine pairings.
5. Attention to detail and a focus on providing a memorable dining experience for guests.
