The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
Banquet Operations Manager
Your Tasks:
+ Planning, execution and coordination of the entire banquet operation
+ Coordination and ensuring a smooth service process in our banquet area
+ Acting in a creative and innovative manner to define and implement operational strategies in consultation with our Director of F&B
+ Design a unique banquet experience with multifunctional buffet systems and live cooking stations
+ Close cooperation with our Catering & Event Sales and Culinary Department to ensure a smooth running of events
+ Management of advanced technology and hi-tech AV equipment
+ Leadership and employee responsibility, including coordination of Subsidies if required
+ Taking care of guests, handling of complaints, as well as analysis and evaluation of guest feedback
Your Competencies:
+ a sound training in the upscale hotel industry
+ Professional experience in the food & beverage sector and as a supervisor
+ Leadership skills
+ An independent and self-responsible way of working
+ Organizational and planning skills
+ Friendliness, teamwork and flexibility
+ professional appearance and behaviour
+ Very good knowledge of German and English, additional foreign languages are advantageous
