Principal Accountabilities – Prepare the staff schedule to ensure that the store will be met through appropriate planning and organization of staff.
– Assume store manager responsibilities during his/her absence.
– Opening and closing of shift.
– Fill all papers works of the store (evaluation of employees, store, scheduling, product – Coaching and training of staff, in order to improve performance and to achieve the department’s objectives and targets.
