The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
Housekeeping Supervisor
In this role, you work closely with our Housekeeping Manager and contribute with your hands-on mentality to the continuous implementation and improvement of our housekeeping standards.
Your tasks:
+ Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned to ensure quality standards
+ Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
+ Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
+ Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments
+ Coordination of various projects
Your Competencies:
+ professional experience in thehospitality industry
+ Professional experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar position
+ Independent working methods and hands-on mentality
+ Very good knowledge of English and/or German (written and spoken)
+ Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ OPERA knowledge is advantageous
+ High operational readiness, flexibility and reliability
