Job Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Director of Front Office who is fluent in German to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in overseeing all front office operations and ensuring excellent customer service for our German-speaking clients.

Job Responsibility:
– Assist the Director of Front Office in managing all aspects of the front office department
– Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, including handling any guest concerns or issues
– Supervise front office staff and provide training and support as needed
– Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the front office area
– Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures to enhance guest experience
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:
– Fluency in German is a must
– Proven experience in a front office role, with leadership experience being a plus
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
