Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping staff, ensuring all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, and managing the housekeeping operations efficiently.

Job Responsibility:
– Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure they are properly trained and motivated
– Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards
– Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
– Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
– Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating housekeeping staff

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
– Knowledge of cleaning procedures and health and safety regulations
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Strong leadership and communication abilities
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification will be a plus
