Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
– Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival
– Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
– Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
– Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
– Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing payments, and managing guest requests
Candidate Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
