Job Overview:The IRC’s Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration (RAI) Programs Department is committed to delivering high-quality programs at scale. The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer will lead the monitoring and evaluation of strategic and multi-site education projects for forcibly displaced youth.

Key Working Relationships:
This position is based in RAI’s Research, Analysis, and Learning Unit and reports to the Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer. The MEL Officer will work in close collaboration with other members of the Education HQ program teams, and with the Senior Technical Advisor, and Technical Advisors of Education and Youth.
Job Requirements:
Education: A University degree in a relevant discipline (preferably in Social Sciences, Data Science, or a related field) preferred.
Work Experience:
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Language Skills: English language fluency. Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Dari, Pashto, Spanish) a plus.
