Role Overview

The E-Commerce Merchandiser is responsible for merchandising and trading across Marks & Spencer’s e-commerce platforms and third-party channels, focusing on driving performance in key categories such as Clothing, Home, Beauty, and Food.

This role ensures product content, availability, and promotions are strategically optimized to deliver a market-leading customer experience and achieve business goals. The job holder will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Buying, Demand Planning, Content, Marketing, and Design, to ensure seamless strategy alignment.

Additionally, they will support the Senior Online Merchandiser in maintaining M&S’s high standards and in implementing innovative solutions to enhance the customer journey.
