Admin Assistant Full Time

Calling clients, explaining our services, and persuading them to enroll. (Tele Calling)
Provide administration support to Head of coaches and reporting Manager.
Extensive Follow up with students for any inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls, Whats up and emails.
Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
Dealing with all email and whats up enquiry of all prospects and clients on daily bases.
Ensure all new and old registrations data must be maintained on timely manner and done accurately.
Provide necessary guidance and information in details to Students and Advice about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved who has registered for different camps and football training.
Work in alignment with all support services e.g. finance, marketing and HR and ensure effective cross departmental communications.
Assist at sports sessions, events, camps etc. as required by your reporting Manager.
Order stationery & equipment to support operations and maintain inventory of all company property.
Perform all administration duties as required by the Operations team.
