Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Manage room reservations and provide accurate information about room availability.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain updated records of bookings, payments, and guest profiles.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently.
Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain tidy and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:
