Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Front Office Telephone Operator to manage our telephone system and assist visitors in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, handling all incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:
– Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner
– Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
– Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
– Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a telephone operator or similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong customer service orientation
– High school diploma or equivalent
