As a People Programs Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing various programs in the People Operations team to drive organizational effectiveness. The key focus areas of this role are Total Rewards, People Analytics, and People Systems.
You will collaborate closely with the Director, People Operations, the People team as well as cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute programs that align with our company’s strategic objectives and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
