Job Summary:
Club Rotana Waitresses/Waiters are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at the Club Rotana lounge. They ensure guests receive a memorable dining experience while upholding the high standards of the establishment.

Job Responsibility:
1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take food and beverage beverage orders accurately and promptly.
3. Serve food and drinks to guests according to service standards.
4. Anticipate guests’ needs and provide recommendations when needed.
5. Clear tables efficiently and ensure they are set up for the next guests.
6. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints in a timely manner.
7. Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
8. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or lounge.
2. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work well well in a team.
5. Knowledge of food and beverage items, including cocktails and wine.
6. Attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction.
7. Physical stamina to stand and walk during the entire shift.
8. Certification in food safety is a plus.
