We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy being the face of an organization, apply now!
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Provide general information about the company to visitors
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
