About the Role
We are looking for friendly and customer-focused Food Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
Ensure tables are clean, set up, and ready for guests.
Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a food server or in a similar role is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A positive attitude and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service.
