Overview of the role:
As a Sales Consultant for heavy-duty trucks, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting our range of heavy-duty trucks, and closing sales deals that meet our business objectives. This role requires a deep knowledge of the trucking industry and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
What you will do:
• Identify and approach potential customers through various channels
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable heavy-duty truck solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Required skills to be successful:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy-duty truck industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
• Knowledge of heavy-duty truck features and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
