Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM – 03:00 PM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Up to 1 year of drafting experience in an architectural or construction setting
• Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. Experience with Adobe Suite or SketchUp is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to produce precise and accurate drawings.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and other stakeholders.
• Team-Oriented: Willingness to take direction and contribute to a team environment.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues in drawings and suggest improvements or modifications.

What will you do?

The Junior Draftsperson will work closely with the architectural team to produce accurate and detailed drawings, plans, and documentation for various projects. This entry-level role is ideal for a technically minded individual with a passion for design and architecture who wants to grow their drafting skills in a supportive and professional environment.

• Drafting and Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical drawings, plans, and models based on initial concepts, sketches, and specifications.
• Project Support: Work with architects and senior draftspeople to support the design and documentation process for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all drawings and plans comply with relevant building codes, standards, and industry regulations.
• Revisions and Modifications: Amend drawings and documents based on feedback from architects and clients to meet project requirements.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal team members and consultants to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in the drafting process.
