ABOUT THE ROLE
Primary Duties:
- Processing of Safety reports, assessment of mitigation actions and closing actions
- Perform on-site audits/inspections
- Deliver safety training to DCAF employees
- Implement documentation reviews and revisions
- Assist in preparation of meetings, Power Point, meeting minutes
- Establish good working relationship with DCAF staff
- Promote Quality & Safety throughout the company
- Any other tasks as determined by the Safety Manager/Quality Manager
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- High School Certificate
- Valid unrestricted UAE driver’s license
- Previous experience within Safety Management
Job-Specific Skills:
- Good knowledge of Safety Management systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PP, Excel)
- Previous experience working with IQSMS
- Basic knowledge of WebManuals
- Detail oriented methodical approach to problem solving/performing tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
