• Payment processing – entering transfers into online banking, keeping an eye on timely payments
• Handling of payment cards
• Contacting banks, handling applications related to payment cards
• Settlement of foreign trips
• Control and settlement of liabilities – offsets, confirmations of balances, contact with suppliers
• Intercompany settlements

Expectations – the experience you need:

• Experience in the area of billing – minimum 1 year
• Knowledge of Enova 365
• Knowledge in the field of accounting for domestic and international business trips
• Knowledge of Saldeo Smart application – will be an advantage

• Ability to work in the office in Kraków at least one day per month
