Analytics & Data Visualization Manager
Position:
The Analytics and Data Visualization Manager role will work on Data & Analytics & Innnovation initiatives with a strong focus on leverage data to accelerate customer and consumer experience. In this role will be responsible to unleash value of data to improve understanding and further knowledge of the consumer.
The role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving background in the consumer and customer domain. He or she should be familiar with the insight generation process integrating and preparing large, varied datasets and analysing the data in order to uncover insights and recomendations. She or he is required to work with other business stakeholders, other data analysts and data enginieers to define and develop data opportunities.
In addition to advanced analytic skills, this role is also proficient at communicating results, passionate about challenging and interrogating data and its interpreration and proactive recommending next course of action.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a part of the Data and Analytics team in order to unleash the potential of digital data for JTI to understand and engage with customer and consumer
- Ownership of the analytical tools delivered to the stakeholders always providing the highest level of reporting integrity and accuracy
- Maximise the value of actual data sources available and and identify new data sources that could potencially add value for a better consumer/customer engagement, including internal and external data sources
- Support on the KPIs framework definition across the different digital touchpoints
- Providing learnings from other markets that could be used in other markets
- Helping the markets with tools in order to measure engagement of each digital touchpoint
- Generating ad-hoc in-depth data analysis in order to solve a market business question through the generation of insights and the recommendation of next steps and use cases (communications, digital activations, engagement, consumer knowledge, optimise conversion funnel)
- Closely collaborate with Data Strategists, Data Engineers and Data Analysts to make sure the data collected is fully leveraged in each solution
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering or a related field
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience in Python/PySpark
- Experience workig with reporting tools such as Power BI/Tableau
- Must have business professional expertise (with relevant FMCG industry experience) in data analysis and insights generation
- Experience analysing consumer from data different digital touchpoints (Website, loyalty clubs, ecommerce, B2B2C) and creating the right KPi’s
- Able to collect and organise data from different sources in order to solve a business question
- Passionate about challenging and interrogating data and its interpretation and creating value though analysis delivered
- Must be able to present findings to both business and technical stakeholders through storytelling
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across functions
- Acts proactively to anticipate the future implications from actual decisions
- Digital mindset, consumer centric, entrepreneurial and curious
- Fluent English
