We are seeking high-potential, talented, open-minded, and energetic graduates for an 11-month program. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- 2024-2025 University graduate Bachelor’s Degree in Tobacco Technology engineering or Agricultural Engineering or relevant degree or equivalent.

Good proficiency in MS Office applications.

Intermediate level of English knowledge.

Knowledgeable in plant nutrition and irrigation.

Interested in data collection and analysis.
-
Able to work well with others and collaborate to achieve common goals.

Supports planning and coordinates the implementation of agreed practices and projects at the field level.

Monitors crop production and procurement.
- The military obligation must be postponed for male candidates; at least 2 years.
