Food Safety and Hygiene:

+ Follow strict personal hygiene procedures to ensure safe food handling.

+ Adhere to food safety policies, including HACCP guidelines and Cold Chain compliance.

Quality Food Preparation:

+ Prepare and cook food according to recipes, maintaining quality and presentation standards.

+ Monitor food quality during preparation using HACCP forms and production charts.

Kitchen Tools & Equipment Usage:

+ Safely and appropriately use kitchen tools and equipment, ensuring proper handling and engagement of safety devices.

+ Use measuring tools to precisely measure ingredients and portion sizes.

Safety, Security, and Compliance:

+ Report work-related accidents or injuries promptly.

+ Follow company, hotel, and department safety and security policies and procedures.

+ Adhere to Marriott International Hotels Limited Regional Office policies and procedures.

Guest Relations and Communication:

+ Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests.

+ Anticipate and address guests’ service needs professionally and promptly.

+ Communicate effectively with guests and co-workers, using clear and appropriate language.
