L’IIPE-UNESCO Dakar est le Bureau Afrique de l’Institut international de planification de l’éducation de l’UNESCO (IIPE-UNESCO). L’IIPE-UNESCO est un institut spécialisé dont le mandat est de renforcer la capacité des États membres de l’UNESCO à planifier et à gérer leurs systèmes éducatifs. L’IIPE-UNESCO Dakar est réputé pour ses analyses du secteur éducatif et aide les pays africains à élaborer des plans crédibles de développement des systèmes éducatifs dans le cadre de l’agenda 2030 pour l’éducation. Par une approche de renforcement des capacités, l’IIPE-UNESCO Dakar contribue à la production d’analyses diagnostiques, de plans sectoriels et d’outils pédagogiques qui contribuent à des politiques éducatives plus pertinentes et durables. L’IIPE-UNESCO Dakar est également activement impliqué dans la création de connaissances pour le secteur de l’éducation en Afrique. Sous l’autorité générale de la Cheffe du Bureau de l’IIPE-UNESCO Dakar et sous la supervision directe du Chargé des finances et de l’administration, l’assistant.e administratif.ve appuiera les équipes programmes de l’IIPE-UNESCO Dakar en terme de secrétariat, organisation d’événements, mission et achat de biens et services. L’assistant.e administratif.ve pourra être déployé.e sur un ou plusieurs de ces axes, en fonctions des activités menées par le bureau.
1. Fournir des services de secrétariat
2. Organiser les voyages en mission pour les spécialistes de programme en lien avec l’administration:
3. Organiser les événements (ateliers, regroupements de formation, rencontres, etc.)
4. Apporter un appui pour les achats des biens et services:
5. Maintenir l’intégrité financière de l’Unité Administrative et du bureau. Identifie des anomalies, erreurs, alerte AO et entreprend des opérations pour corriger les erreurs/omissions.
6. Maintien d’un dossier de connaissances et de mémoire institutionnelle sur les tâches effectuées.

UNESCO’s salaries consist of a basic salary and other benefits which may include if applicable: 30 days annual leave, family allowance, medical insurance, pension plan etc.
The approximate annual starting salary for this post is 11, 798 000 XOF.
