Join us as a Kitchen Steward on a Full-Time Basis!
Position Summary:
+ Rise with us, preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, focusing on attention to detail
+ Follow a food preparation checklist and establish priority items
+ Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food before use
+ Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
+ Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
+ Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations, focusing on the guest’s overall wellbeing
+ Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives and equipment.
+ Maintain strong food safety and property standards
