Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet daily and monthly call quotas and performance targets
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a call center operator or in a similar role
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
Proficiency in using call center software and basic computer applications
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
