Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Chef De Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and oversee all culinary activities in the restaurant.

Job Responsibility:
1. Designing menus and creating new recipes.
2. Managing food and labor costs.
3. Supervising and training kitchen staff.
4. Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed.
5. Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Executive Chef.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
– Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
