Job Summary:
The Chef De Partie is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared efficiently and according to the highest culinary standards.

Job Responsibility:
– Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section.
– Assist the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing new dishes.
– Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow recipes and kitchen safety guidelines.
– Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to food safety standards.
– Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely ingredient delivery.
– Help with the development of daily and weekly specials.

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or relevant role in a busy kitchen environment.
– In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards of quality.
– Certificate in culinary arts or similar field is preferred.
