Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, supervising junior chefs, and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen.

Job Responsibility:
– Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
– Supervise and train junior chefs
– Assist in creating menus and developing new recipes
– Ensure the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations
– Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
– Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create a harmonious kitchen environment

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent position
– Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Degree or certification in culinary arts is a plus
