Job Summary:
The Commis will assist in the preparation of dishes in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of food items.
Job Responsibility:
– Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to the chef’s recipes and specifications.
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper food safety and hygiene standards.
– Help with the receiving and storage of food supplies.
– Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
– Follow instructions from the senior kitchen staff and chefs.
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience working in a kitchen environment.
– Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
