To support our growing company, we are looking for a Customer Service and Administration Specialist based in Poland, working remotely from home.
The Role:
This role supports Oviva’s mission of delivering exceptional care by providing outstanding customer service to French-speaking patients, doctors, dietitians, and psychotherapists. It ensures smooth client communication and provides essential administrative support to the Patient Services team, serving as a key part of Oviva’s Customer Service framework.
Your responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound communications with French-speaking clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact, providing administrative support to patients, doctors, dietitians, and psychotherapists.
Monitor and work to improve customer satisfaction metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve issues.
Accurately document interactions and maintain up-to-date client records.
Your Profile:
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Relevant experience in customer service.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
