Position: Retail Customer Service Representatives

Job Overview:
We are looking for friendly and proactive Retail Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist customers with their purchases, resolve inquiries, and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
Provide product information and recommendations.
Handle transactions, including cash and card payments.
Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Restock shelves and maintain product displays.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
