Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their purchases, resolve inquiries, and create a positive shopping experience in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
Answer customer inquiries and offer solutions to meet their needs.
Process transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, and returns.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
