Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure issues are addressed efficiently.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges as per company procedures.
Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
