We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
Update and maintain records with the latest information.
2. Verification and Quality Control:
Cross-check and verify data for accuracy and consistency.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
3. Documentation and Filing:
Organize and store electronic and physical files systematically.
Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
4. Support Tasks:
Assist other departments with data-related tasks when required.
Generate reports and summaries from collected data.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in computer applications is a plus.
2. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
