Position Summary: The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in the company’s databases and digital records. The role demands a strong eye for detail, efficient data entry skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update information accurately in various digital platforms and databases
Review data entries to identify and correct errors, ensuring high data accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain files, records, and other relevant documentation
Verify and cross-reference data from different sources to ensure consistency and accuracy
Perform regular data audits and quality checks to identify any discrepancies
Follow data entry procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist other departments in retrieving data and reports as needed
Meet daily or weekly data entry targets while maintaining accuracy standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus
Proven data entry experience with a high typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
Familiarity with data privacy and confidentiality regulations
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a related administrative role
Knowledge of basic data management practices and office equipment
