Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cold Kitchen – Demi Chef de Partie to assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes in our kitchen.

Job Responsibility:
– Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads, appetizers, and desserts
– Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
– Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area
– Monitor and maintain quality control of all cold dishes
– Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience working in a similar role in a professional kitchen
– Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
